3. How the Amaryis Lead Marketplace Works
Amaryis is a marketplace and lead-generation service intended to connect homeowners and other people seeking home-improvement or aging-in-place services with potentially relevant contractors.
When you submit a project request, Amaryis may evaluate information about your project, including your location, requested services, project scope, timeline, and other information you provide.
Amaryis may provide relevant project information to contractors that appear to match your request.
An individual lead opportunity may be offered to up to four contractors, subject to our operating rules and availability.
Before a contractor accepts an offer, Amaryis may provide limited project information necessary for the contractor to evaluate the opportunity. We generally do not provide your direct contact information or full project description to a contractor before acceptance unless otherwise stated at the time of collection.
After a contractor accepts an applicable lead opportunity, Amaryis may release your name, email address, telephone number, and other relevant project information to that contractor so the contractor can contact you regarding your requested project.
By submitting a project request, you understand that this process may result in contact from Amaryis and/or one or more matched contractors regarding the project you requested assistance with.
4. Information We Share

Contractors
We may disclose project information to contractors that are matched with your request.
Depending on the stage of the lead opportunity, information may include project location, requested services, project scope, timeline, budget range, project goals, and other relevant project information.
After a contractor accepts an applicable opportunity, we may provide contact information and additional project information necessary to facilitate communication.
Service providers
We may use third-party service providers to operate our business and Site, including providers supporting:
- Website hosting
- Database and infrastructure services
- Authentication
- Security
- Analytics
- Advertising and marketing
- Email communications
- Customer support
- Fraud and abuse prevention
- Data storage and processing
These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.
